Northern assignment to debut in glasgow

Production company Northern Assignment have been busy on the road with their debut stage production of Boys by Ella Hickson, which will be staged in Glasgow for one night only (so far…) next week!

For a first theatre production, Northern Assignment have come out the gate running with their debut stage play Boys by Ella Hickson. The play will be coming to a Glasgow stage at the end of their mini Scotland tour this coming Tuesday (September 30th) in the West Ends grand Cottiers venue.

Behind the play is a lot of love and compassion, with a dedicated team who’s vision from the beginning was to make an impact - which we can gladly say they will.

People Make Theatre have had the pleasure of housing Northern Assignment during their rehearsal period in our new emerging theatre hub based in Glasgow’s City Centre, where we have had a sneak-peek into the production and the people behind it. For a first production by the company, who have already delved into the world of film previously, it is clear that this will be an elevated amateur production with support by some of Scotland’s most exciting emerging actors.

Make sure to grab a ticket to Boys next Tuesday in Glasgow here. Be quick though, as they are selling fast!
